Ms. Campbell earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Medical Technology from Wichita State University, Wichita, Kansas and a Masters of Science degree in Educational Administration with emphasis at the community college level from Fort Hays State University, Hays, Kansas. In June 2006, she earned a Doctorate of Philosophy in Educational Administration from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, Nebraska.

Ms. Campbell has over 20 years experience in the field of medical technology as a generalist in the clinical setting and as the MLT program coordinator/instructor at Seward County Community College. She is active in professional organizations at the state and national level.
